Shout the World grew out of a moment of frustration at the world that then morphed into something like childish wisdom, and the result was a serious moment of artistic levity, if that makes sense. Maybe the design means we create reality ourselves, or maybe it means that we sing the world into existence. Or maybe it's a representation of the fall into language. You decide.
Here are some interesting thoughts on sound and the material world:
It is a widely accepted scientific theory that the universe began with the Big Bang, an explosion that occurred around 13.8 billion years ago. But what if the origins of the universe were not a massive explosion, but rather the result of sound vibrations?
The idea that sound could have played a role in the creation of the universe is not as far-fetched as it may seem. In Hindu philosophy, the universe is believed to have been created through the vibration of a cosmic sound known as "OM." In addition, the concept of "cymatics" explores the visible effects of sound vibrations on matter, demonstrating how sound can be used to create intricate and beautiful patterns.
Recent scientific research has also provided evidence that supports the idea of a "sonic universe." Studies have shown that the universe is permeated with a faint background noise, known as the "cosmic microwave background radiation." This noise is thought to be the remnants of the sound waves created by the Big Bang. Additionally, scientists have discovered that galaxies, stars, and even planets are formed through the process of acoustical pressure.
It is possible that the universe as we know it was created through a series of sound vibrations, with the Big Bang being the first and most significant. The universe may be a symphony of sound, with each galaxy, star, and planet playing its own unique note in the grand composition.
