This idea came from a trip to Venice beach. I was driving through a suburban area and there was a street party going on. Cars were decked out in neon, people were playing music in giant speakers and dancing, and there were palm trees hanging over a graffiti'd wall. It was one of those moments, and I wanted to capture it.
